We may also collect with your prior permission, Information about your device’s location, if you have enabled location Services or Pictures and other information from your Device’s camera and/or photo library. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Services Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your Device settings.

You can create an account and log in to use the Services through the following Third-party Service Providers, such as Google, Facebook, Apple.

If you decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-party Service Provider, we may collect Personal data that is already associated with your Third-party Services Provider’s account, such as your name and email address. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through your Third-party Services Provider’s account. We do not sell our users’ private personal information.

  • To enhance and improve our Services – We continuously develop new features and refine existing ones to enhance user experience, making it easier to create, manage, and customize itineraries.
  • To set up your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Services. The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Services that are available to you as a registered user.
  • To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.
  • To analyze Usage trends – We track how users interact with our platform to gain insights that help us optimize usability, streamline functionality, and improve overall service efficiency.
  • To personalize your experience – We tailor recommendations, customize content, and serve targeted advertisements based on your preferences and usage patterns.
  • To ensure security and prevent fraud – We monitor for suspicious activities, prevent unauthorized access, and enforce our terms to safeguard both our users and our platform.
  • To contact you: To contact you by email, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted Services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • Email Marketing – to send newsletters, promotional content, and other marketing communications that may be of interest to you. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly..
  • To evaluate Marketing effectiveness – We assess the impact of our advertising efforts by analyzing factors such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates after marketing interactions.

Data Retention

Please note that, as outlined in the Data Retention section, we may retain certain information even after your account is closed or deleted. This may be necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to law enforcement requests, or fulfill legitimate business interests.

Use of AI Tools

Our app uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including ChatGPT by OpenAI, to provide itinerary suggestions, travel recommendations, and personalized content based on the information you provide.

How It Works:

  • The information you input (such as travel preferences, destinations, and interests) is processed by AI systems to generate recommendations.
  • This data may be temporarily transmitted to third-party AI Services providers to enable functionality. However, we take steps to anonymize or limit the data shared to protect your privacy. 

Accuracy of AI-Generated Content:
While we strive to ensure the quality and relevance of AI-generated recommendations, these suggestions may sometimes contain inaccuracies or outdated information. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions. Always verify key details (e.g., operating hours, safety conditions, travel restrictions) independently.

Data Security:
We ensure that any data shared with AI tools is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our security measures. OpenAI, as our AI Services provider, does not retain personal data sent during API calls.

User Consent and Opt-Out:
By using this feature, you acknowledge and accept the potential for inaccuracies in AI-generated content and consent to the use of AI tools to process your input data for itinerary generation. Opting out of the use of AI-generated features is possible but may significantly interfere with your ability to use the core functionality of our application, as itinerary generation is central to our Services. If you choose to opt out, some features or Services may become unavailable or limited.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. By continuing to use our Services after any updates to our Privacy Policy, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
